The design of SUHEL was a challenge, since the concept was a question about a transformation. How can we turn the earlier hair salon of Suhel Deeb that served for 35 years in Nazareth, to a new space with a programme that will honor Suhel's memory. We came to the idea to turn the earlier salon, into a hair care store with a gallery that showcases the achievements of Suhel’s outstanding career. 

The design is based on preserving the existing structure of the space and wrapping its walls by a new layer that shows respect for the existing space and strengthens its presence.
